Production & Development

Technical Development and Customised Production
Our development and production department is dedicated to transforming customer-specific challenges into functional solutions. We use both proprietary product lines and customised designs – including 3D-developed components – to meet requirements for functionality, quality, and compatibility.

The department is located in Sunds near Herning – just minutes from the highway. Here we operate a 1,000 m² warehouse and 800 m² of modern production facilities. Our team consists of dedicated employees focused on quality and customised solutions. We work with a strong commitment to understanding your needs and transforming them into functional and reliable products.

Production Focused on Quality, Flexibility, and Precision

At BBT Fiberoptic, we offer high-quality, customized cable production.
We manufacture drop cables, patch cables, and tailor-made solutions based on the customer’s specifications regarding length, connector type, and fiber standard.

We use advanced measurement equipment to ensure consistent quality and documented performance – and we also develop mechanical components in close collaboration with the customer.

3D Development – Customised Plastic Solutions

In our 3D development department, we design and produce customer-specific components with high precision. We work closely with clients to develop solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.

Leading this effort is our technical designer, who brings a strong background in both engineering and 3D printing technology, ensuring professional expertise and a short path from idea to finished product.
