A Strong Alternative
We are proud distributors of PLP MICOS MDB fiber boxes, which serve as a strong alternative to traditional fiber boxes. In our catalog, we offer various sizes and applications, and we are happy to custom-design solutions to meet your specific needs.
One of the key highlights of the MICOS MDB fiber boxes is that the midspan is positioned at the bottom of the box. This means that once it has been installed, there is no need to access this part again. The box can accommodate up to 16 loose tube cable tubes with a midspan of 1.6 meters.
Additionally, splitters can be mounted directly in the cassette, eliminating unnecessary patching within the box and instead maximizing flexibility.
In our production facility in Sunds, we also design and manufacture our own add-on products using 3D printing, specifically tailored for MICOS MDB fiber boxes. For example, we design grommets that perfectly fit the cables you choose to use. Below, you can see diagrams of the available grommet designs.
