If there are any faults with the instruments, we offer a loaner device that you can use in the meantime. You can either visit our departments in Sunds or Holte or arrange for us to send the equipment to a parcel shop near you.

BBT fiberoptic can calibrate your VIAVI OTDR to the specifications listed on your instrument, ensuring that your measurements are always valid.
In case of an error with the measurement port, we can also replace the pigtails in your equipment so that it can test according to the specified standards again.
At www.updatemyunit.net, you can always find the latest software versions for most VIAVI instruments, but you are also welcome to send your equipment to us for an update.
