An integral part of our company is our service department, where we service and repair instruments on a weekly basis.

Our specialists share their knowledge and expertise through courses to help our customers to maintain their instruments. We do this partly to provide good customer service and partly to extend the lifespan of the instruments, ensuring that we continue to maximize the use of the materials in the product.

We further expand this mindset in our Refurb Selection, where we take a selection of used splicers and measuring instruments back, refurbish them, and offer them to our customers again. In this way, we make full use of the instrument’s potential and ensure that the materials’ lifespan is maximized before they are responsibly disposed of.
