Fujikura CT60

The CT60 sets new standards for fiber cleavers with its optimized performance, automatic blade rotation, robust construction, and ergonomic design. Developed as a companion to the Fujikura 100S, it functions as an integrated part of the dual fiber preparation process.

Designed for demanding work environments, the CT60 is both smaller and lighter than its predecessor—without compromising durability. Its ergonomic design allows for one-handed operation as well as easy inspection, cleaning, and blade replacement. The cleaver can be opened at both 60° and 80°, providing optimal access during maintenance.

The CT60 is equipped with Active Blade Management Technology, enabling wireless connection to the splicer. When connected, the blade rotation is automatically adjusted based on cleave quality data detected and communicated by the splicer—ensuring consistent, high-quality results and fewer errors.

The new cleaver replaces the previous CT50 model and introduces several upgrades:

• Increased number of blade positions from 16 to 28, eliminating the need for blade height adjustment.

• Capability to cleave two fibers simultaneously.

• Adjustable lid angle – 30° or 50°
